Inexperienced staff, caused more problems than he fixed
He's awesome. Very trustworthy, honest and caring. Staff is good. Thank you.
The first visit went well - good communication and short wait time. Went back for an in office procedure and waited in the room in pain for an hour while I heard him socializing outside my door. Was sent for an MRI and didnt hear results back for over a week until I called. was told to wait for him to call me to schedule surgery, did not get a call for 4 weeks until out of frustration, I had my parent call. Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to.
First visit went extremely well. Second visit was the complete opposite. After arriving 10 minutes early to my appointment, I waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes before being called to the exam room. Once in the exam room, I waited another 40 minutes before I had enough and I just walked out.
