I had appointments for my 2 daughters as new patients. We waited 2-3 weeks for an appt. They provided me with an address and suite number to the Hoffman Estates location. When I arrived to the location that was at the Hospital, I drove around for 15 mins looking for the build.. called the office number and received their answering service.
