If anyone is thinking about getting insured with this company you better think twice. Hector Cavazos is extremely rude and arrogant. We have been insured with them for 16 YEARS and we were left with the responsibility to pay out of pocket for roof damages that should have been covered! And to make it worse Hector contacted us with an unprofessional loud tone, demanding that we pay them even after they didn’t do anything to help with our roof damages.
