I've been a long term patient. Dr Miyamoto and his staff are always friendly, accommodating and professional. They've responding quickly when I had dental emergencies.
I have been seeing by Dr. Forrester for many years. He is one of the best doctors I've have ever seen in the metropolitan area. Dr. Forrester takes his time to explain what is going on with you and sometime he goes over a board in explaining your symptoms in which whatI like. I am honor to say Dr Forresterr is my Cardiology he is one of the best. Thank you so much
Dr. Forrester is a phenomenal physician! He is an incredible listener and can then connect what you’re saying you experience with test results and his medical knowledge and discover what is helpful for you that other doctors were unable to figure out. Under Dr. Forrester’s care, we discovered what was causing my high and erratic blood pressure (that had been medicated for 17 years under other doctors care) and now I’m able to manage my BP naturally and knowledgeably without medication.
The imaging tech had difficulty finding a suspected hernia. Dr. Basen was called in, instantly recognized the issue, and instructed the tech in a constructive and friendly manner on how to find it and read the image. He was very professional, competent, and personable. At my request he recommended a surgeon to possibly correct the problem.
She is not a good doctor one word. I only recommend her if you need routine visit or check up. Never see her if you are sick or have a problem. He is not good at all and will complicated obvious simple things. My results showed me having deficiency in Vitamin D but she insisted it might be a cancer related and after a lot of expensive test, she told me you only need supplements. She also billed a lot of money for regular visits. Don't see her please
I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Basen’s misdiagnosing my broken finger when he read the X-rays of my finger at Shady Grove Radiology in Germantown, MD. He utilized an expensive procedure when a simpler one would have worked better and more efficiently. After my numerous complaints of finger pain, swelling, and lack of mobility, I was finally referred to a specialist who immediately diagnosed hat I had a fractured finger via an X-ray. I do not want anyone to be subjected to substandard care.
Dr. Restrepo is not very compassionate with her patients. You have to wait months before being seen, she is not very friendly, and she refuses to listen to what works for her patients and what doesn't. She is not open to prescribing needed medications for patients that have proven to work for them in the past. She is not thorough, and the feel of her office is like a free medical clinic where all they care about is having a revolving door.
Sadly, I will not be returning to see Dr. Restrepo even though she has been my PCP for years. Her front desk staff is so rude and uncaring, couldn't do it anymore. If you need an emergency appt, you will have to wait a month or more. I had to switch over to another doctor.
Dr. Forrester is a patient, kind, knowledgeable cardiologist. He is easy to talk to. He takes his time with you. Wow. I am so glad I found him! I feel like I am in great hands.
