Professional, competent and informative - without using what I would call "scare tactics". He made what could have been an extremely stressful time simple and relatively easy, especially because I trust him. Office staff is also very responsive and courteous. I'd HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arango to others!!

Dr. Arango is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I had a mass and needed major surgery and he came highly recommended. In addition, everyone at the hospital kept saying he was the best and I was in good hands. He is very caring and a great listener. He spent time with me going over everything. I'm so happy with the results and my recovery. He also went out of his way on a Saturday night to resolve an issue at the pharmacy. His office staff and nursing team are all excellent.

I had been without healthcare insurance since 2010, and was recently unemployed due to health issues, which turned out to be ovarian cancer! I was told to get insurance fast - just enough to cover the necessary surgery and chemo needed. It was close to $400 per month and I was already struggling. Now, almost two years later - due to a recent ER visit - HE REFUSES to see me because I didn't continue treatment after the chemo! I WAS UNINSURED! This says VOLUMES about him as a doctor... SAD.

Dr. Arango's care, knowledge and abilities are Excellent. He has a kind bedside manner and explains what and why he is doing. Wait times in his office for anfppointments are minimal, demonstrating he values patients time too. His ARNP is anfppointments so excellent, as are his nursing staff. Highly recommend Dr. Arango.

This man told my mother all the ways she can die from her cancer and did nothing to help. This was after waiting a month for a appointment.I would not let him treat my dog. Glad to say there are other doctors out there who are willing to help.

Dr. Arango treated my mother who was admitted to Morton Plant Clearwater in a very dire state. He was kind and very patience with my mom who is in her eighties. He is very skilled surgeon and very knowledgeable. He performed her surgery and also came by the next day to check on her. I was very impressed with his care and concern. If you are in need of his expertise you will be in good hands.

My Name is Joyce S i was referred to Dr Arango by my Primary care doctor, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Dr. Arango did my surgery and took his time to explain everything to me about my health, i felt very comfortable asking him questions which he politely took his time to answer and explain. His staff is very professional and answers any questions you ask them. Angels don't usually have wings, but walk among us every day doing their work helping mankind.

I was referred to Dr. Arango by my primary OB/Gyn and I wish he could be my primary! He is an excellent listener and explains options clearly with the both the pros and cons of a care plan so that I can evaluate effectively. His staff was friendly, responsive and very helpful.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. A, I was waiting in the room and I heard him talking and he said,"I can do that surgery but I don't want to because it's a waste of my time". I knew he was talking about me because he then entered the room. The first thing that he said was,"I am confused to why you are here" My gyn who referred me called his office and explained the reason they were referring me and his office approved me. He admitted to me that he doesn't read medical records before hand.
