UPDATE: Lance. Your response is not honest and you know it. As a CEO of several companies who hires many people and small businesses all the time, you gotta know that I take ethics and honesty very seriously. Your guy misled or lied to you and you gave me two invoices for something never repaired. Then instead of problem solving that for the customer (me), you told me to piss off essentially. Wow.
