Excellent service, arrived on time, pleasant to deal with. More to the point managed to remove a stain on a new bedroom carpet where a 6 week old puppy had unfortunately had a very nasty acciden. I will leave it to your imagination the nature of that accident. My advice to all if you are unfortunate to have a similar drama, don't try and clean any stain yourself phone HECS straight away. Money well spent.
Absolutely delighted with the job Brian did on our lounge. He was prompt and professional, super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
Byron did an awesome job cleaning our carpet along with a lounge and mattress. He was prompt, on time and very thorough. We will definitely be getting Byron back next time we need the carpets cleaned.
