Unmatched customer service! Steve Hecksel is amazing to work with. Hecksel Bros. installed the submersible well pump in our property years ago and respond very quickly to any questions or issues. The pump switch froze during a cold snap this winter and Steve immediately responded and helped diagnose and solve the problem. Can't recommend these guys enough!
Hecksel bros. Well drilling. These guys are the best EVER!! Thank you Bill and Steve for taking care of us for the last 25 years. I just had my submersible pump and controller and the pressure tank replaced today. These guys know what they are doing! They are the experts by far! Needed a new well. Got me a quote within a few days and was able to schedule a time that fit perfect with the rest of the home build. No surprises and 20gpm flow makes me a happy customer.
They asked me to email photos. I sent them to Steve Hecksel. He never obviously looked at any of the photos because the questions he asked in the follow up email would have answered by the photos. I asked for an estimate which he promised the next day. On day 4 I finally received the estimate after 2 more calls to him. The reason it took 4 days is because he was too busy! I feel like I was not worth his time!
Highly recommend. Very reasonable pricing, quick response. Efficient and made sure everything worked right before leaving. Diagnosed and replaced water pump pressure guage and switch. All within an hour.
