Charlie and his famiy are amazing!! We were stranded on the interstate and tbey were dispatched to tow us. They picked us up with something cold to drink, ordered a tire while we were on route and drove us to the hotel that night. They picked us up that morning, took us back to their shop where they had already replaced the tire. They were our guardian angels ♥️ lGreat people, quick fast service and super reliable. 5 +🤩
I was on my way home to GA for the 4th of July, and my transmission top plate seal blew out and would not shift gears anymore. I spoke to Charlie on the phone, and he was honest with me. He said it would take them longer to get me on the road due to how busy they are. So he recommended me to another shop and said they were good people and would likely get me back on the road quicker than he could. Heck’s heavy duty is an awesome company, box truck ran hot on side of the road. Damon came to the rescue and scooped me up and took the truck to my desired location. He was great, had a wonderful conversation with him and a great experience
I broke down on the highway; they came, towed the car, and fixed it—the service was fast and excellent!
Best service in Illinois!!! I highly recommend Him & his son!!! Charlie was beyond professional and supportive. He worked with me on getting my truck to gateway and stayed to make sure they could help me out!! He deserves 10 stars!!!
