I can't thank Heck's enough for helping me out, I was in Mt Vernon from out-of-town, due to my Mother being in the Hospital. I had this wonderful young man, Damon, come to my rescue when the battery needed to be jumped, I drove to the local Hucks for Coffee and the battery had died AGAIN! I was beyond frustrated and upset, I called Heck's back and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Damon came to my rescue, took me to get a new battery, and installed it for me. Very good and fast service. Polite efficient
Luke came outside of Mt Vernon and saved us in blistering 97 degree heat . Our Boat trailer blew a tire . He got to us in 35 minutes , changed the tire , only took 15 minutes and we were on our way to Kentucky Lake . God Bless You Luke . You're a hard working young man !!!! Thank you
