Was very quickly and reasonable price. Get towed and he also fixed my truck with very reasonable price. Absolutely recommended if you are around this area. Thanks a lot for your service sir.
Spent a total of 9 hours getting introduced to a bunch of incompetence. 6 hrs at the Loves in Ina, Illinois and 3 hrs at Dynamite, only to be told that they had no clue of what was going on. After searching on Google I came to Hecks Hvy Duty and within 45 minutes the problem was identified...there's hope after all...
I can't thank Heck's enough for helping me out, I was in Mt Vernon from out-of-town, due to my Mother being in the Hospital. I had this wonderful young man, Damon, come to my rescue when the battery needed to be jumped, I drove to the local Hucks for Coffee and the battery had died AGAIN! I was beyond frustrated and upset, I called Heck's back and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Damon came to my rescue, took me to get a new battery, and installed it for me.
