I can’t say enough good things about Heck’s heavy duty and repair! I broke down on a Sunday with 4 kids in the car, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The owner himself showed up, provided outstanding customer service, and even worked on my car to get me back on the road. All within a hour! It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers like this one does. I highly, highly recommend Heck’s — they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you again!
Sharing a small narrow road in Bonnie and I slid off into the ditch. Called Charlie Hecks towing and recovery and he got me out quick and easy, on a Sunday afternoon too!
Towed for many yrs with his dad before branching off to try other things, now back to pulling semi trucks that get stuck in mud
