I was putting in a 30’x40’ concrete slab and my contractor ordered concrete form Heck Concreat in Baton Rouge. The first load was delivered 6 hours late and the other loads were two to four hours In between each other. My contractors kept calling Heck and they kept saying the truck is 10 minutes away, the truck is 15 mins away and so on. Needless to say due to late deliveries I have a patch together job. Terrible ownership. Poured a truck that never set up. Buyers beware
Company poured concrete at my home last summer. While on site the driver experienced brake issues so he decided to dump his brake fluid in the street in front of my home. This caused my lawn to die in spots and caused irreparable harm to the asphalt which is slowly beginning to degrade. I called over a dozen times and was told that they would come investigate and resolve the issue. They never came and stopped fielding/returning my calls.
