Not very customer oriented from the start; expected much more considering business was a referral I was discontented with the lack of professionalism displayed by the Heck Brothers Co. Perhaps, they're too busy to accomodate a funeral arrangement which was to arrive in time for the viewing service. The arrangement arrived late and the family was called to pick up the arrangement the next day.
