I had a great experience exploring this unique establishment full of beautiful and amazing artifacts. Steve Hecht introduced himself to my husband and I and congenially gave us historical information on pieces. His stories were entertaining and knowledgeable. Thanks for the tour! Our purchases were for ourselves and gifts!
Had an amazing time at this location that is stocked with many classic items throughout the store. I saw Mr Hecht on an episode of the Pickers and couldn't wait to visit! Hecht was patient with my many questions, and is a very friendly informative person on many different topics. I purchased several items including a vintage camera which is now displayed on my living room wall unit. I hope to visit again soon!

Staying in Brooklyn for a week and wanted to take a look at this generational shop. Horrible experience, not allowed to enter and turned away. Very disappointed as it looked like they had some vintage sewing machine gems.
