My 2 local West Michigan stores blew me off and wouldn't help me with some parts for my older Kozy Heat stove (I even had the part numbers for what I needed). Gloria was very pleasant when I called, helped with my questions, took notes for the ones she couldn't answer, placed my order and shipped it promptly.
