I was diagnosed with Tinnitus and went for a hearing a test. Not kind and said i have to just live with my Tinnitus . Didn't like her vibe at all
For all practical purposes a total waste of time on this patient's part. If one loves to be talked down to this is your Heaven.

With that kind of endorsement I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed but upon meeting Melissa and undergoing an examination I can honestly say that even my high expectations were thoroughly surpassed! Dr. Heche had the utmost patience with me in explaining all the different hearing aids and what would work best for me. Since she works with everything, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision about one over another. She was really thorough about all the different attributes and didn't mind that I kept returning with questions! She makes me feel like I am in good hands and that she will take care of my needs always.
Dr. Heche had such patience for my mom. She explained everything in a way that was easily understandable and she gave us extra time to make things easier. She also gave us exercises to help her acclimate to the hearing aids! Dr. Heche was very helpful and supportive!
Melissa has such great knowledge of sound. Her experience in music and with sound makes her so good at what she does. I trust her! She knows what she's doing and I know she won't steer me wrong!
