My experience here was extremely disappointing. Work was performed on my vehicle without my clear authorization, and I was presented with a bill that I found quite unreasonably high for the work performed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop and to always make sure all work is clearly authorized in writing beforehand when dealing with any mechanic.
Ive been taking my cars to Charlie for a few years now. He's always been up front and honest with me about whats going on with the vehicle and reasonable pricing for labor. He won't charge an arm and a leg for an easy job like other mechanics.
Charlie came to our rescue when we hit a pot hole and ended up with a flat tire. He was able to straighten the rim and get us on our way! Thank you Charlie.
Great mechanic! Used his services when I lived up north and when I was visiting recently, I needed help when I broke down and Charlie came to my rescue. Hero mechanic? I think so!
