Excellent, prompt service! Tech was friendly, competent, and pleasant. In 4 days, the part was ordered and delivered. I am quite satisfied.
The repairman was very knowledgeable about Subzero, Wolf, and Asko appliances. In addition to the repair, he provided us with helpful maintenance advice for all of our appliances. Nice work!
Tech was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. He did an excellent job repairing our GE oven, and I was extremely pleased with his work. He completed the task quickly, and the total fee was reasonable.
I called yesterday for my dryer. I was glad to my surprise they scheduled me for the same day. Tech-Ed arrived on time. He checked and explained the error I am getting. It was just a minor issue and he got it fixed in only 20 minutes. So here are 5 stars!!!
