I was very pleased with the employees
My first office visit was more productive than the 2 years I spent wasting my time and money in Lake Charles. Dr. Hebert’s Treatment Plan was thoroughly discussed with me and is right on point with my symptoms. Thank you so much for still caring about patients. Very refreshing!
The appt. was for my husband, Tim. He was supposed to have a followup scope to check for reflux but the appt was made with the nurse practitioner by mistake and Dr Hebert wasn't in the Jennings office so he didn't get scoped. The nurse practitioner, Maggie, apologize. She was very thorough in her exam and going over his medications and if he felt he was showing improvement in his symptoms. She made sure his next appt was with the doctor so he could get scoped and called in refills on his beds for him. Overall it was a good e... read more
