Gun smith refused to install some brand new tritium sights because I didn't buy them there. I had just spent $720 on 2 guns at their store. Policy is policy, but this policy cost them any future business from me. I will recommend pretty much any other gun store but Hebert from here on out.
Never had a problem with Heberts. Even bought a used revolver from them that none of us knew had a problem. They fixed it for me and it's 100% now.
Ordered a new 1100.00 rifle and bought a new 450.00 Leupold scope that was on sale that they installed and bore sighted at no charge. Went to pick up my new rifle and wanted to swap out the scope for another more expensive scope also on sale and pay up for the difference and installation. They said no. It had already been installed. It never left the store i never even took the cover off . Another good shop has told me to come over they will be glad to make the up grade for me. The staff are VERY professional, and Friendly and know how to get you the right gun or equipment that you need for your collection, job, protection, or hobbie. If your in the AREA definitely go check out this place you wont shop anywhere else.
