I got my orthodontics off about 10 years ago after receiving two years of treatment from Dr. Benoit. When I got my braces removed (at 16), I told him my bite DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE but he brushed me off completely. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I often needed to move appointment times and it was never a problem. Every staff at the office took the time to get to know my daughter and engaged in conversations each visit. They even remembered her birthday and made her feel special. When we had questions they took time to answer them and we never felt rushed. The hygienists were always happy and it was an upbeat environment and experience for my daughter. She enjoyed going.
