I'm extremely disappointed with Hebersham dental Service Despite multiple appointments, they've consistently failed to provide reliable service. Specific issues: - Cancelled appointments without notice and charged unnecessary fees ($60). - Refilled only halfway after a 1-hour wait, demanding I return the following week "with warnings of consequences for lateness." - Failed to show for scheduled appointments (including last appointment Sunday) and ignored messages. Okay fellas. I can confirm that groupon works as Aug 2025. They did cancel my appointment due to dentist sick yesterday just like other comments mentioned, and we rescheduled. It’s my first time visit and overall satisfied. The dentist is kind and chill. They have two dentists in this clinic. So maybe the other dentist is no in the best health condition and I hope he/she will become better. Anyway, groupon works and it’s very good value.

cancelled my appointment 1.5hrs before saying "chair not working today" can you come back next week... Ummmm no.
