We were traveling from MI to MT for a wedding when we started having trouble with our Transit. We rolled in half our before closing. We told them of our predicament and they got us right in, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. The part arrived first thing in the morning, they installed it right away and got us back on our way to our event. Every employee that we encountered was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire team was just amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much, Heberle Ford!
This Ford dealership is by far the best dealership I’ve used in the 3years on owning my 2022 Maverick. California dealerships let this be a lesson . This dealership is far better in all aspects. From great customer service. Very nice honest men and women working with me ! It was just the way anyone would want to be treated! I’d give them. 6 star ⭐️ but oh well only 5 can be given !! If you want it done right . go to Heberle Ford .. ! You will get what anyone should expect 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
