Worst, most incompetent treatment by a medical provider ever! They couldn’t receive any electronic data from my GO’s office in Heber City, so I had my doctor print out the request for a sleep study. I took the hard copy to the sleep clinic in Heber three times to get scheduled for a sleep study. There was no one there any time I went.
