Dr. Sugg is the best!!! Also, the staff is really nice & profèssional.
I was pleased with phone encounters, front desk reception, Bethany (tech) and I really liked Dr Nugent…although I didn’t receive all good news, their technology detected vital info at an early stage…hopefully to remain treatable for many years to come grateful for their kindness and thoroughness
I appreciate Dr. Sugg and his staff for always making my annual appointment easy. From scheduling to check-out they are top notch. ps: The facility is so nice and smells great!
This was my first visit to Heber Springs Eye Care. Their staff was the most professional and friendly group I've ever encountered in any health care office. They were so well organized and quick to get me through the process without being rushed. Dr. Nuggent did a great job at walking me through my tests and exams. All and all 10/10 from start to finish.
Everyone was super kind and helped my sweet boy pick out his first pair of glasses! Highly recommended!
