Everybody was very professional and polite from when I entered their office until I left. The staff is very organized and a definitely know what they are doing. I think the world of Dr. Pigott.
It was my first appointment at Heber springs eye care and dr. Nugent took great care of me and was very kind and diagnosed my issue very quickly and was very informative!
I was visiting from out of town and woke up Sunday with a red and painful eye. I called Monday morning and they were able to see me at 1030 that morning. Everyone in the office was super nice and the optometrist even gave me his cell number to give to my optometrist at home in case he had any questions at my follow up.
Dr. Cody Pigott and staff are always friendly and professional. It is pleasure to keep up on my annual eye exams with them.
Very friendly people, everything was straightforward and understandable.
