This company is awful. HP&L provides all the power generation/distribution for the entire city and some of the outlining area. They also lease there power to Utah Rocky Mountain Power. They seem to have monopolized the region without ANY oversight. There delivery is hit or miss. During the winter months they infrastructure will have a problem almost every month (at about 2am) and it takes them 2-4 hours to fix it. Let me tell you - at 2am in January when its -10 to -20 degrees outside and it takes up to 4 hours to fix. The h... read more
