Dr Chaoyu Irvin, Was amazing she listened to everything I was saying and was so sweet. Even looking at concerns I had that didn’t have to do with what I came in for. She did a fantastic job even checking for the inflammation in my face she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. not a lot of doctors do that and one of the first I came by she is excellent

Posting this as a reminder to everyone that you are your own best advocate when going to get medical help. Do not expect these emotionally void and insensitive Healthcare workers to show you empathy when you are trying to relay whats going on with you. Came in to IC 3 times and once to the ER within two months with an infection. They refused to give me any kind or type of antibiotics. Normally I would applaud this, but the infection last 3 whole months, outside the scope of normal viral infections. I was already showing sign... read more

I’m pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I tried calling multiple times shortly before closing time, and no one answered the phone. If a business is open until a certain hour, customers should reasonably expect someone to be available to answer calls during that time. I understand things can get busy near closing, but not answering at all — especially without an automated message or callback — feels unprofessional. Clear communication is important, and it makes a big difference in customer experience.
