From start to finish, my experience at this urgent care was nothing short of amazing. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for. Haley was phenomenal — she did my X-rays and was so calming, patient, and beyond kind. She explained every step and made what could’ve been an anxious moment feel completely easy. Virginia Giles and Paul were excellent caregivers and we appreciate their kindness and expertise in trying to resolve Walt's health issues. Their referral to UVRMC for a Urological consult was the exact thing he needed to resolve his immediate issues. We appreciate having such great HCPs in our community.
