Imported Blankets contains a long description on their website about the different Korean mink blankets brands, and which they consider to be the highest quality--which are the brands that use an acrylic blend. I wish I could leave them zero stars. They NEVER answer the phone nor respond to texts, emails, or customer service inquiries made on their website. I must have called them 20 times - never answered. I wanted to change the color/style of the blanket I ordered. I made a mistake and wanted to correct it before it shipped. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF THESE PEOPLE. I wouldn't buy anything from them. They couldn't care less about their customers.
On Feb. 24th 2018 my wife and I spent the night at the Mac Motel. Wow, I would never recommend that place to anyone. We are in our 70's and that had to be the worst motel we have EVER stayed in. Does anyone in Heber City inspect these motels?
do not order form them they will not do what they say. I order 2 blankets to have for a Christmas gift. I order them the last week in November. on there page tells you 3 day and your order will be shipped out. In 3 days I got an tracking number. I keep tracking the number to see when they shipped it and after 2 weeks it still said label made but not shipped. so I called and left messages and emailed them want to know when I was going to get my blankets. final they sent me the blankets a week before Christmas but one was what... read more
STAY AWAY, save yourself a headache. This company is NOT accredited with the BBB as they state on their website, you can see for yourself, just google better business bureau and put in Imported Blankets of West Covina, CA.. They do not answer phone calls, you will not get a free blanket, you will also NOT get free shipping as they will send postage due through FedEX and FedEx drops at post office, then when you refuse because it is supposed to be free shipping, the order is sent back to them and they still charge your credit... read more
