Great workout and wonderful people
Good little HIIT gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are varied weekly and I haven’t gotten bored with the programming in 300 sessions so far. This little gym is a big part of my connection to this community. The staff and members are genuinely supportive and celebrate your wins make it easy to keep coming back. By far, Fit Body Boooty Camp is the best value I’ve gotten from a gym membership.
10 out of 10 recommend Fit Body Bootcamp in Heber! I have been going here since they opened and it is the best gym in town! All the coaches are so great, including the owners. Coach Alton is the gym manager, and he goes above and beyond to make you feel like another part of their family. When he coaches it motivates me like no other and the energy in the room is unstoppable!! He makes it a point to get to know every single member and cheers them on by NAME during class.
