The office is easy to get into and the doctor is really good but mercy Hospital isn’t so great. I don’t think like I get my fingers stuck in the chair when I was there getting my blood work done and all they said to me was it’s too bad but the doctor there is pretty good and that I saw I go there often
I am a newer patient but so far she is extremely thorough and kind. She asked me questions about my background that no other insurance based Dr has asked (just the out of pocket ones) It seemed like she actually cared.
This location is spotless, and the office staff is very hospitable. Dr. Elhusseiny is so pleasant and outgoing.
Dr. Elhusseiny right from our first meeting was very positive and professional, listening and not passing judgment, while asking fact based questions requiring fact bases answers. She scheduled a test for me to help determine my brain activity. This process was effortless as the teck, Jen, came to my home and wired me up. I am grateful to Dr. Elhusseiny and to Jen for making this happen. Even on my follow up 11/11/25 , Dr. Elhusseiny was positive and encouraging, which I greatly appreciated.
Dr. Hebatalla Elhusseiny is thoroughly professional while projecting very genuine warmth and compassion. That’s a balance not achieved by every medical practitioner.
