Just called to check their availability and "Jeanie" is the rudest little person I've ever spoken to. Will not be booking there ever and will be taking this to the highest person possible. Shouldn't be rude to partners and their families. She's in the wrong line of work, customer service is NOT a skill she possesses. #FireJeanie
This is an awesome place to bring your family..we have soo many wonderful memories. my father used to take us here every year..
Never been to Kerrville before and can’t wait to go back! The lodges are absolutely beautiful and the surrounding area. The place is very well kept . We really enjoyed our time here
