We just wanted to freshen up a guest bathroom, take down the fixed shower bar and get glass shower doors to open the room up visually. Problem was that removing the fixed shower bar left drilled holes in the tile. What to do when the tile is not available and the holes from the shower bar are difficult to patch? HeavyLux provided amazing service and I am beyond happy with our new shower doors. They came on time both days; on measurement days and install. The quote was provided within and few days of work and the install day was quickly set. I’m so happy with the quality - the doors were designed exactly as I had requested and I’m so happy about this. I would recommend HeavyLux to everybody, they are excellent!
A couple of days ago they installed a shower glass that had a chip in it at the bottom— near the silicone sealant application which means they likely tried to just ignore it and think we wouldn’t see it. Luckily my husband noticed and they will replace it next week—which means having to be there for the install again and waiting again until it’s sealed. Terribly inconvenient and no discount was offered for their obvious mistake.
