I am discouraged with my recent experience. I expected smooth and comprehensive service, but I did not receive what I expected. First, the level of service I received was not satisfactory. I brought my car in seeking brake inspection and minor repair and did not have the problem completely resolved in the first visit. Therefore, I had to return for a second visit.
