Having been a member of many different gyms in the past, I’m so happy to belong to Heavy Metal Muscle. It’s more than just a gym, you become part of a family who does nothing but cheer each other on and support one another. You leave each session learning so much more than when you went in. The vibe and atmosphere you will find here is a rarity. I wish I stumbled upon this gym sooner but I’m so glad I’m a part of this gym family now and couldn’t be happier.
The community built here is unmatched! The workouts have also made such a difference for me and being here is the best part of my day!
This gym is more than just a gym it’s a place that makes you feel welcomed and included and most importantly it makes you feel your best. Walking in I was very nervous my baby was only 2 months old and I was very insecure about my mom body, but when I say Eddie and Brianna had me feeling invisible and so secure of what I could achieve. If you’re thinking or looking for a gym to join this is that place !
Eddie and his team are wonderful! The gym has a very comfortable and supportive feel to it and I really enjoy the small group training model. I have never once felt intimidated by anyone and have enjoyed getting to meet everyone. It is not only a gym but a community. The workouts are the perfect difficulty level and I always leave feeling like I got a solid workout in.
