Heavy Metal CrossFit is the only 24 hour access CrossFit facility in the Saint Louis Metro area. Memberships, Drop Ins and Day Passes offering an all access pass to CrossFit, Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strongman equipment. Unlimited CrossFit Class attendance! Access to The Lab Gym's weight room, cardio equipment and group fitness classes are all included!! There simply is no other gym that can offer you all of these amenities. We are just minutes off of I-64 in the heart of Saint Louis.

Dropped in today for the 1030 coached by Devon - ended up being one of the best coached CF classes I've ever attended. I've been at CF for 6.5 years and 3 boxes (moved). Devon pointed out things I'd been doing not quite right that took my jerk from good to great! wow! Also a tough WOD. We did the squat clean and jerk in 3 sets: broken down from the floor, several reps; 7 x 3 rep OTM from floor; and from the rack just jerk. 7 sets x 3 building.
