From the minute I walked in as a first time customer, to the purchase of a few different items, Kevin was extremely helpful and kind. He was patient in answering all my questions, and went out of his way to add me to a waitlist for a very specific product (which I loved) and was timely in contacting me when it arrived. Definitely coming back for my gym needs.

I went in to browse the equipment and I asked a few questions and I said I was kind of expense out of my budget and it all let me go look at your attachments and the gentleman is in there. He got it from his Chair came over there and he said you’re just wasting your time you said this stuff out of your budget! He was totally Rude! Almost getting into MySpace!
