These people do not know the 1st thing about customer service. I really don't know anything about their service because I requested my drill be returned untouched. Reggie is a smart A-- to the bone. When I spoke to the owner, the 1st thing he said to me was "I don't know what your problem is" really??? Reggie was very sarcastic and talked "down" to me like I was stupid.
