ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, takes them half a week to even get a package out of the door, multiple times , different excuses for each , its not hard to ship a package, you lost a customer that's supported you since its opened today!, you can see from other reviews its not just an opinion , their customer service and online has turned into a joke.
Staff were very friendly but sold me a juice that I absolutely hate. Sorry to say they did lie also about a juice saying that it wouldn't burn a coil. Burnt my coil within hours. Paying 45$ for something should have a good taste to it definitely wasn't strawberry banana.. really disappointed oh and quick edit, I was from out of town also and I verified to make sure it wasn't going to burn the coil and one of the guys told me he's been vaping on the same coil for weeks on that juice, don't know how he doesn't have a collapse... read more
