Unprofessional service and complete lack of respect for appointments. I booked an appointment in advance and arrived right on time, only to be turned away by the barber because "it was too busy." He was extremely rude and disrespectful in his delivery. What is the point of taking bookings if you don't honor them? Save your time and money—go somewhere that actually values its customers and respects their time. Very bad experience and definitely not coming back.
Heavy Hitters is only official bare knuckle Barber shop for me and my guys been going there 20 years. I've never had a bad experience or haircut from anyone on the staff I'll never go anywhere else
