SCAMMER/DISCRIMINATION: I had my commercial truck towed to this shop, after being told by the owner BJ, the shop service commercial vehicles. After paying hundreds of dollars for the tow truck to deliver to the shop the owner BJ and his colleague informed me that he did not know how to repair the truck. BJ then tells me he has a friend he could call to repair the truck. He never called the friend and kept saying the friend was busy. I had a great experience at Heavy Foot Diesel Service. BJ was honest and very clear in his explanation of the issue I was having with my Ford F350 67 Power Stroke. The repair was done timely and my truck has been running great. I plan to use Heavy Foot for all my maintenance and repair needs.
Very knowledgeable, great communication on parts and services needed, very timely on repairs and services, makes you feel like you are family from start to finish.
