Scott has helped me out of 2 jams now. The first time was to respond to a hydraulic leak that needed to be fixed ASAP due to jobsite it was on. He pretty much dropped what he was doing to respond to this. The second time that I needed his assistance, he was already booked but went above and beyond in assisting me with locating another tech, even making phone calls for me to his network of Techs. Just an all around good guy who knows his stuff.
