I made a repeat visit to the Glaucoma Unit for a check-up. As before I found all the staff, including reception, really reassuring and helpful. They answered all my questions fully and patiently. I couldn't have wished for better treatment.
Visited the hospital this week. All staff were absolutely amazing, really caring and good fun. I had day surgery, all ran on time, everything explained to me and excellent care throughout. The nurses and consultant put me at ease and looked after me very well. I am healing very well. Thank you to everyone
I recently visited the Heavitree Hospital Day Case Unit for surgery, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care I received. Great surgery staff not so good. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all. One nurse in particular she was lovely so caring. Another he was horrible towards me.
