Coming to Heavily Meditated Fitness has always been an environment where I have felt comfortable enough to go and work out. The vibe is always right, Michelle makes you feel at ease through every step of the work out. Being a heavier set girl, I sometimes feel uncomfortable doing yoga. Michelle always makes sure your body feels right guiding and adjusting your body to your needs. I’m so thankful for Michelle and this inviting place she has created.
Have had an amazing experience since the first time I started and 3 years later I am still going regularly and feel much stronger, fitter, toned physically and mentally! Her services are tailor made to each individual and every session is as per your needs and the state you are in on the day. Love love love it!
I started personal training with Michelle in February of this year, I find her to be awesome and inspiring. I joined her studio totally out of shape and winded going up flights of stairs. Michelle empowered me and increased my endurance, coordination and flexibility. Her Yoga techniques was the best experience I have done in years. I would highly recommend Michelle she provides amazing health advice, along with positive encouragement. You are a Lifesaver!
Michell is amazing! She’s motivating and patient. She is passionate about her craft and it is evident in every interaction I have with her over the years. She helps you understand your own body and what works for you. Her workouts are challenging and really get you to focus on mind, body and spirit. I’ve learned so much about myself and what my body can actually do since I started training with Michelle. My body is so much stronger, more flexible and I have less doubt in my ability to reach my goals.
Michelle is a great and knowledgeable instructor. She knows how to target the areas that are needed. Her experience, patience and goal setting is motivational. The combination of all different exercises makes it fun… The small group setting is also a plus! If your looking to get in shape, have fun and feel great give her a try!
