Seriously just canceled my appointment! No call to reschedule nothing!!! Very unprofessional! Shan was recommended to me by a friend, I did not expect such poor treatment! It’s 130pm my appointment was at 445pm and they just cancelled me. I scheduled this almost a month ago, I only waited because my friend said she was good! Never again and no one else should book with Shan!
