Very professional, good positive atmosphere. Brandon and Melissa are great people and know their stuff.
FANTASTIC local gym with 2 personal trainers who love what they do! You can work out on your own or get help with your workout....AND they have ZUMBA!!! As well as group workouts!!! What more could you ask for?
It's an adult playground with tires, medicine balls , ropes , weights, & the latest machines. Melissa is wonderful and knows her stuff. A great trainer!

I have been working with Brando for about 9 months. Strength is at an all time high, better posture more distance in my golf game better attitude. And to think I am 73. Buy a Plate!!!
