Lester has never been employed by this company. We do have all documentation that our staff are trained and have mandatory meetings with the latest on March 20th 2025. His significant other was at this meeting and sleeping without paying attention. Thank you for the information because this tells us she broke HIPAA to you, and she was on the phone with you while she should have been taking care of her responsibilities. This information is also slander towards the company.
If I could give them a negative star review I would. They steal time and money from their employees. They do not provide adequate training more do they vet their employees when assigning them a client. I would not recommend using these crooked people to take care of a loved one.
