Justin at Heaven's Gate Tree Service has been incredible. He was ready to help as soon as possible. My bird went missing and we had found her high in a tree. They were willing to come and help with their lift to retrieve our bird. They didn't even feel inconvenienced by the request at all! Just as they were going to come by to help, we were able to get our bird down, thank the Lord. Their willingness to help meant the world to us in support. Amazing service. He was out of town and still referred me to someone else that came within two hours. Great customer service and looking out for other small companies that were local for me, when he couldn’t.
Their team did an amazing job from start to finish. I called him one day he immediately came out and gave us a fair estimate and the trees were professionally taken care of and gone in less than a week from calling. Will use them again!
Had them come out and remove several trees very satisfied with the work that was done. Pricing was very fair. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing their services
