Have not used them in a while but when I did they were great not too much carpet in the house now probably have them come do my furniture one day

I hired this company over the phone. I had seen their reviews and seemed like a responsible company. Here is what I found out: they called early the day of the service to let me know what time they would be arriving, they arrived on time, they went to work right away with no distractions, they were fast but thorough, at the end of their service they went over what they had done and verified the price I had been quoted, before they left the house they sent me an electronic invoice that showed I had paid in full.
