This is the second time I’ve used Bill and his team. They are very professional, personable and always arrive on time. After they completed the carpet cleaning in the bedrooms I noticed a smell coming from the master bedroom. With the cat urinating in our room and with the cleaning of the carpets, if brought out the smell from the padding.
