Excellent! On time. Wore booties. Valued my time and input. Thoroughly cleaned one bedroom carpet of pet hair, one living room rug, and basement steps including removal of an adhesive stain. Highly Recommend. Price was Outstanding.
I scheduled carpet cleaning for my elderly mother through Heaven’s Best in Waverly, Iowa and was disappointed with the service. The technician was polite, but once he began, he realized he did not have a vacuum with him and blamed whoever had used the truck the day before. According to the company’s own website, the first step of their process is to vacuum the carpet and move furniture as needed, yet neither was done. Heaven’s Best cleaned an area rug and basement steps after we had sewer back up in our basement. They were very accommodating to a very unpleasant situation!! Highly recommend them!
