They were great to work with every step of the way from scheduling the service, they reminded us of our appointment the day before, they arrived on time, and they worked quickly. Brian showed up right at 9 AM, and by 10:30 he had cleaned our area rug, two bedrooms, and a hallway! We had a few pet accidents upstairs, so he used a black light to check how extensive they were. We’re very diligent about treating accidents immediately with a pet-specific enzyme cleaner, and he confirmed there was no urine smell or visible damage, just a few very small spots that showed under the light. This was the best experience I have had with a carpet shampooer. He looked at my carpets and made recommendations. He vacuumed my carpets prior to cleaning them. After cleaning he raked the carpets. They came out looking really great. I would definitely recommend Safe n Soft. Oh I forgot to mention I was given a goody bag with product and a cookie.
Amazing customer service and service! Levie was great! Explained all in detail, very personable, worked hard to achieve our goals. Definitely will recommend and use again!
