We believe in treating our clients as we would like to be treated. We are also the State of Nebraska Master Franchise owners. We are here to help the other franchise owners in the State of Nebraska and are looking to expand the Heaven's Best name into areas of Nebraska that do not have the luxury of having a franchise there now.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning cleaned up after a flooded basement and was anything but fast. 1 hour drying time turned into 5 days! We were told that it would cost $1,000-2,000 but the bill was over $3,700! On top of that Deb called at least once a day and sometimes twice asking when she was going to get a check. This might be understandable but we had only received the bill 2 weeks earlier! Very unprofessional!!! I would avoid Heaven's Best if possible!!!
